Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event coordination or community lifestyle role preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • must be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • proficiency with scheduling and communication tools
  • willingness to engage with residents and prospects consistently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in event planning or community management preferred
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to develop and execute community engagement programs
  • proficiency in managing multiple tasks and schedules
  • familiarity with marketing and sales support activities
  • customer service experience
  • knowledge of local area amenities and vendors beneficial

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents and assist with tours when needed
  • answer and route phone calls and assist with service requests
  • maintain guest suite scheduling and manage move-in/out loading dock and elevator schedules
  • manage package deliveries and notify residents promptly
  • ensure amenities are clean and ready for resident use
  • develop and execute creative events, services, and programs
  • maintain local vendor and business relationships and offer recommendations to residents
  • monitor and respond to lifestyle email account and ensure timely communication
  • create and produce monthly community calendars, newsletters, and flyers
  • participate in sales and marketing program standards
  • provide input and manage budgets related to resident programs and retention
