Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in real estate or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Physical ability to perform duties involving standing and moving
  • Background check clearance

Job Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate events and programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication platforms

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents and assist with tours
  • Answer phone calls and route them appropriately
  • Maintain guest suite schedule and manage loading dock/elevator schedule
  • Manage all package deliveries and notify residents
  • Ensure amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • Develop and execute resident events, services, and programs
  • Maintain local area information and vendor relationships
  • Monitor and respond to Lifestyle Email Account
  • Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
  • Ensure sales and marketing benchmarks are met
  • Provide input on budget development and manage expenses
