Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in real estate or hospitality preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to perform duties involving standing and moving
- Background check clearance
Job Qualifications

- Ability to coordinate events and programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication platforms

- Knowledge of local community and vendor networks
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents and assist with tours
- Answer phone calls and route them appropriately
- Maintain guest suite schedule and manage loading dock/elevator schedule
- Manage all package deliveries and notify residents
- Ensure amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- Develop and execute resident events, services, and programs
- Maintain local area information and vendor relationships
- Monitor and respond to Lifestyle Email Account
- Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- Ensure sales and marketing benchmarks are met
- Provide input on budget development and manage expenses
