Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor

  • ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Job Qualifications

  • experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to coordinate and execute community events
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
  • basic marketing and social media knowledge
  • ability to work collaboratively with property management and sales teams
  • knowledge of local area businesses and services

Job Duties

  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures their comfort while waiting
  • assists with tours as needed
  • answers phone calls and routes them to appropriate team members
  • manages completed service request callbacks
  • maintains guest suite schedule and ensures cleanliness
  • manages and monitors loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  • manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours
  • ensures amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • develops and executes innovative, creative, and dynamic resident events, services, and programs
  • develops outcomes and assessment metrics for programs
  • keeps detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and maintains positive relationships with vendors and local businesses
  • offers recommendations to residents
  • monitors and responds to Lifestyle email account
  • creates marketing and awareness of events and initiatives
  • creates and produces monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers
  • monitors and submits items for Resident Portal postings
  • participates in ensuring sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are met
  • provides input into budget development related to activities and resident retention
  • manages expenses to budget
