Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with standard office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

- Previous experience in community lifestyle coordination or similar role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and execute community events
- Basic knowledge of marketing and promotional efforts
- Proficiency with email and office communication tools

- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and ensure their comfort
- Assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
- Manage guest suite scheduling and maintain cleanliness
- Monitor package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- Maintain amenities in tour-ready condition
- Develop and execute innovative resident events and programs
- Maintain local area information and relationships with vendors
- Respond to lifestyle email account and promote community events
- Create and distribute monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- Participate in sales and marketing program standards
- Provide input on budget development related to activities and resident retention
- Manage expenses within budget
