Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with standard office software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in community lifestyle coordination or similar role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and execute community events
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and promotional efforts
  • Proficiency with email and office communication tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and management teams
  • Customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and ensure their comfort
  • Assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
  • Manage guest suite scheduling and maintain cleanliness
  • Monitor package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain amenities in tour-ready condition
  • Develop and execute innovative resident events and programs
  • Maintain local area information and relationships with vendors
  • Respond to lifestyle email account and promote community events
  • Create and distribute monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
  • Participate in sales and marketing program standards
  • Provide input on budget development related to activities and resident retention
  • Manage expenses within budget
