Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel group sales, event management, or catering sales
- proven success in achieving sales goals and managing complex group or event programs
- refined verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with MS Office suite
- knowledge of event management software preferred
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to lift moderate weight
- ability to stand for long periods and walk distances

- refined verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with MS Office suite along general computer knowledge, knowledge of event management program preferred

- proven success in achieving sales goals and managing complex group or event programs
- strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- proficiency in sales and event management systems
- completion of PSS or equivalent training preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as business demands
- must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- must have ability to stand for periods of time and walk long distances
Job Duties
- Solicit, negotiate, and secure group and catering business to achieve or exceed assigned revenue goals
- manage client accounts through proactive communication, prospecting, and follow-up to develop lasting relationships
- prepare and present professional, compelling proposals tailored to client needs
- conduct site inspections and effectively showcase resort amenities, guest rooms, and meeting spaces
- collaborate with resort sales leaders on contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and business mix optimization
- participate in and, as needed, lead weekly sales, catering, and event meetings to ensure alignment across departments
- serve as a role model for exceptional communication, teamwork, and service standards
