Job Duties

  • develop and deliver the regional annual event and engagement plan to increase awareness, understanding, and engagement with company initiatives
  • inventory all PU events and engagements to determine potential efficiencies, ownership, and cost effectiveness
  • develop event and engagement process flows, ownership, and delegation of authority
  • lead large regional events including sales conferences, business conferences, town halls, workshops, and distributor forums
  • negotiate with vendors and supervise budget versus actual expenditures
  • ensure HSSE and risk assessment compliance for all events
  • engage with other business units on standard process sharing
  • conduct post event surveys and identify improvements
  • support, develop, and implement engagement plan and content to broaden reach
  • foster a community of engagement and collaboration
  • contribute to development of operational procedures and work instructions to support event execution
