Job Duties
- develop and deliver the regional annual event and engagement plan to increase awareness, understanding, and engagement with company initiatives
- inventory all PU events and engagements to determine potential efficiencies, ownership, and cost effectiveness
- develop event and engagement process flows, ownership, and delegation of authority
- lead large regional events including sales conferences, business conferences, town halls, workshops, and distributor forums
- negotiate with vendors and supervise budget versus actual expenditures
- ensure HSSE and risk assessment compliance for all events
- engage with other business units on standard process sharing
- conduct post event surveys and identify improvements
- support, develop, and implement engagement plan and content to broaden reach
- foster a community of engagement and collaboration
- contribute to development of operational procedures and work instructions to support event execution
