Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in airline or travel agency industry or corporate travel or similar administrative role
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Experience with corporate travel and online booking tools such as Concur Travel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Ability to handle high volume workload and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in airline or travel agency industry or corporate travel or related administrative position
  • Good work habits and strong work ethic
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly, and concisely in English
  • Administrative assistance experience a plus
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Proficient internet navigation skills
  • Program/project execution experience
  • Corporate travel experience required
  • Highly knowledgeable and experienced with online booking tools, preferably Concur Travel
  • Highly organized
  • Experience with Conferma Pay (Virtual Pay Card) is a plus
  • Possess tactful and persuasive telephone communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced interactive environment
  • Ability to interpret and communicate travel policies and procedures clearly
  • Ability to perform under pressure in visible and occasional stressful situations
  • Capable of managing high work volumes effectively under deadlines and interruptions
  • Ability to travel infrequently
  • Proficient with business software and accurate data input
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English for job-related communication

Job Duties

  • Provide front-line customer service to employees attending corporate events, conferences, and trainings
  • Respond to travel-related inquiries, interpret travel policies and procedures, and assist with issue resolution
  • Address questions concerning online booking tool issues and provide Administrator support
  • Update and maintain online booking tool database with current employee data, cost centers, and locations
  • Register employees for external training programs complying with company guidelines
  • Arrange meeting logistics including meeting rooms, guest arrivals, departures, and accommodations
  • Coordinate and track Credit Card Authorizations for employee hotel accommodations
  • Travel occasionally to support corporate events or meetings and conduct pre-event site exploration visits
  • Collaborate with management and employees on development and related training needs
  • Assist with employee event requests including networking events, seminars, conferences, sponsorships, and advertisements
  • Manage credit card receipts for monthly statements
  • Maintain various departmental tracking spreadsheets
  • Perform other duties as assigned
