Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event coordination or facility supervision preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including late nights and weekends
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Ability to follow directions and work under minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- CPR/AED and First Aid certified preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Positive image and tidy appearance

Job Duties
- Supervise and assist customers during events
- Support staff with building needs
- Complete room setup and takedown
- Assist with audiovisual equipment setup and use
- Promote recreation programs and events
- Ensure building safety and enforce policies
- Perform janitorial duties and general maintenance
- Secure the building by following proper procedures
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Post signs and daily event schedules
- Supervise or assist with special projects
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings
