Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event support or office administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and invoice processing
  • Ability to coordinate and manage volunteers
  • Flexibility to handle additional duties as assigned

Job Duties

  • Assist with event duties such as registration, name tags, set-up and breakdown, communication to attendees, sponsors and honorees
  • Work with business designer to produce creative for event promotion, signs and materials
  • Coordinate email sends with corporate email marketing team
  • Manage event social media accounts and schedule marketing posts
  • Coordinate internal and external volunteers
  • Create post-event recap reports and manage event photos
  • Collect, open and distribute office mail
  • Liaise with post office and printer
  • Assist corporate accounting with invoice entry and cash management
  • Manage general office needs including telephone system and equipment maintenance
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and support
  • Assist sales team with order entry, accounts receivable and advertising operations
  • Manage client contract workflows and sales collateral
  • Coordinate with corporate teams to ensure positive client experience
  • Participate in professional development and company events
  • Take on additional assignments as requested by publisher
