Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • ability to read and verify small print
  • ability to use computers and point of sale systems
  • ability to communicate using electronic devices
  • ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
  • willingness to follow safety and security policies
  • availability to work full time

Job Duties

  • assist other departments to ensure optimum service to guests
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts
  • read and verify information in various formats
  • use computers and point of sale systems to enter and locate work information
  • communicate with employees using electronic devices
  • engage guests regarding their stay, services, and area attractions
  • follow safety and security policies and report incidents
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome and acknowledge guests per standards
  • anticipate and address guest service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • communicate professionally and prepare accurate documents
  • develop positive working relationships and support team goals
  • move and handle objects up to 10 pounds
  • perform other duties as assigned
