- Minimum 3 to 5 years of active, superlative flight attendant experience required
- Must possess flawless attendance and performance records
- Demonstrated dominant leadership capabilities and advanced conflict resolution skills
- Must successfully complete Delta's intensive Purser Leadership Training program

Job Duties
- Conduct comprehensive pre-flight briefings with the cabin crew and pilots
- Assign working positions and establish dominant service expectations
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Captain and the cabin crew
- Direct the cabin crew response during emergencies with authoritative leadership
- Supervise execution of premium cabin services ensuring impeccable presentation standards
- Handle complex onboard situations including medical emergencies and security disturbances
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and performance feedback to junior flight attendants
