Job Requirements
- access to reliable pickup truck
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to carry up to 50 pounds
- availability from 10am till finish monday through friday
- physical fitness for repetitive stair climbing and lifting
- valid driver's license
- willingness to work evenings
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience with physical labor or similar roles is a plus
- ability to operate a pickup truck safely
- strong communication skills
- reliable and punctual work ethic
- ability to work independently
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned apartment communities
- carry trash up to 50 pounds without assistance
- load trash into pickup truck
- transport trash to onsite compactor or bins
- maintain consistent schedule by working from 10am till finish
- communicate effectively using smartphone
- adhere to safety and quality standards
