Job Requirements
- access to a pickup truck
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to carry up to 50lbs without assistance
- availability from 10am till finish monday through friday
- ability to navigate stairs and walk extensively
- must be able to work in an evening shift
- physical fitness
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in trash collection or related physical work preferred
- ability to operate a pickup truck
- effective communication skills
- physical stamina
- reliable and punctual
- familiarity with apartment community layouts beneficial
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling from residents' doors
- load collected trash into pickup truck
- transport trash to onsite compactor or bins
- navigate stairs and apartment complexes
- maintain regular communication using smartphone
- complete shifts from 10am until finish
- ensure cleanliness and client satisfaction
