- access to a reliable open bed pickup truck
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to carry up to 50lbs at a time without assistance
- evening availability from 6pm sunday and 7pm monday through thursday until completion
- physical fitness for climbing stairs and manual labor
- legal eligibility to work in the united states
- willingness to undergo background check
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- experience operating a pickup truck
- ability to carry up to 50 pounds
- basic smartphone proficiency
- strong work ethic and reliability
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned apartment communities
- load collected trash into pickup truck
- transport trash to onsite compactor or trash bins
- follow safety protocols when handling trash
- communicate effectively with team members using smartphone
- maintain punctuality and reliability during shifts
- ensure high-quality service delivery throughout shift
