Job Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • must be able to provide clean DMV driving record for consideration
  • sufficient manual dexterity in hands to be able to load and unload luggage
  • able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
  • able to stoop and bend
  • able to lift up to 75 pounds
  • able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments with professionalism
  • knowledge of local area and hotel services helpful
  • flexibility to work various shifts
  • commitment to upholding company standards and policies

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart
  • assist with luggage and open doors
  • escort guests to rooms, outlets, or vehicles and ensure they feel welcomed and supported
  • deliver packages, luggage, amenities, and bell carts to rooms with attention to detail and care
  • build positive, professional relationships with guests and respond to requests promptly
  • safely operate the company shuttle for guest transportation
  • maintain shuttle cleanliness and accurate driving logs
  • valet park guest vehicles following all safety procedures, applicable laws, and company standards
  • coordinate timely pick-ups and drop-offs, navigating multiple requests under changing conditions
  • maintain a clean driving record and strong situational awareness while on the road
  • communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email to coordinate guest services
  • stay knowledgeable about all hotel outlets, events, and local attractions to assist guests and enhance their experience
  • collaborate with front office and concierge teams to ensure seamless service across departments
  • continuously find ways to improve guest experiences and operational flow
  • respond to concerns and complaints with empathy while maintaining adherence to policy
  • support daily operations in all areas of the front office as needed
  • flex between roles with ease
  • maintain strong time management and uphold organizational standards
  • perform duties with integrity, positivity, and a guest-first mindset
  • practice good stewardship of company resources, time, and equipment
  • perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
  • ambassador for Radisson and GHG standards
