Job Requirements

Must have access to a reliable pickup truck
Possess a smartphone with a data plan
Ability to carry up to 50lbs at a time without assistance
Availability for evening shifts from 6PM until completion on Sundays or 7PM until completion Monday through Thursday
Willingness to work part-time evenings
Must be able to work at assigned apartment communities in Miramar, FL
Pass basic background check if required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in waste collection or similar physical roles is a plus
Ability to operate a pickup truck safely
Strong physical fitness and stamina
Good communication skills
Dependable and punctual
Basic smartphone proficiency

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling from residents' doors
Carry trash bags up to 50lbs without assistance
Load collected trash into a pickup truck
Transport trash to onsite compactor or bins
Communicate effectively using a smartphone
Maintain punctual and consistent evening availability
Follow safety and cleanliness standards
