Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Must have a truck

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in waste management or similar role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong physical stamina and ability to remain active during shifts
- Good communication skills for reporting and coordination
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents doorsteps
- Transport waste to the on site dumpster or compactor area
- Walk the apartment community during service hours
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain communication through smartphone
- Lift and carry trash bags up to 50 lbs
- Report issues or concerns to management
