Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- ability to operate front desk computer systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- knowledge of emergency procedures
- team-oriented attitude
- basic understanding of hospitality industry standards
Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with scheduling requirements
- comply with company policies, standards, and regulations
- greet and welcome all guests according to brand standards
- handle requests for information, mail, and messages efficiently and courteously
- answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow associates and other hotel departments
- be familiar with company policies, house rules, and hospitality terminology
- assist in emergency procedures
- handle check-ins when applicable
- operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk system
- deliver guest items as needed
- maintain knowledge of property amenities and local events
- help maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel
- assist guests with luggage entering or exiting the shuttle
- shuttle guests to and from the airport upon request
- ensure the shuttle is well maintained and clean
- fill out shuttle information as needed
