Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service
Ability to read and speak English and comprehend simple instructions
Effective presentation and communication skills
Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving abilities
Valid state driver's license
Ability to stand, walk, use hands, talk, and hear regularly
Ability to reach with hands and arms frequently
Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
Ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds
Ability to maintain close, distance, and color vision and adjust focus

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Maintain guest service as the driving philosophy of the operation
Respond promptly to guests' needs
Ensure every guest is satisfied
Meet or exceed guest satisfaction measures
Escort incoming guests to the front desk
Assist guests with special needs
Handle guest requests
Maintain luggage storage areas
Clean and maintain common areas
Provide area maps, brochures, and other literature
Provide information on facilities, services, events, and attractions
Obey all driving rules and regulations
Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of hotel shuttle
Report any issues to management
Log mileage and daily runs in the shuttle log
