- availability to work evening shifts between 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm
- willingness to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a food service or cooking role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks quickly
Job Duties
- demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and recipes
- understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation guidelines
- prepare food neatly, according to recipe, and in a timely manner
- present quality products at all times and maintain a neat and clean work area
- maintain adequately stocked workstations, restocking as needed
- attend special meetings as scheduled by the Restaurant Manager
