Job Requirements
- Availability to work evening shifts between 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles is a plus
- Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service role is preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests enthusiastically with a friendly smile
- Accurately record orders on a cash register
- Collect payment from guests and provide correct change
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests
- Meet guests’ needs and address food or service issues promptly
- Interact with guests to ensure a high-quality experience
- Follow food handling, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Prepare ice cream products and assemble food and beverage orders
- Maintain a neat and clean work area
- Restock workstations as needed
- Attend special meetings as scheduled by the Restaurant Manager
