Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Able to lift and carry light event materials including AV equipment and signage
- Friendly, punctual, and reliable
- Available for evening shifts only
- Commitment to at least 2 nights per week through summer
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality, event setup, or administrative roles is a plus
- Comfortable with basic technology including AV equipment and slide decks
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Arrive at the Bellevue office to prep event materials
- Print registration lists, name tags, and handouts
- Pack AV and seminar materials into vehicle
- Drive to the event location and set up registration table, seating, AV equipment, and background music
- Greet attendees and take notes on audience responses during presentations
- Collect feedback forms and assist with booking follow-up appointments
- Submit digital notes and updates after the event
