Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorization to work legally in the U.S
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer and telephone operation skills
- Availability to work scheduled hours Monday to Friday 2 pm to 10 pm
- Possession of required state license, if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
- Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred
- Hold a valid state security license if required
Job Duties
- Perform customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control to ensure authorized entry
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate emergency response teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone to assist visitors and staff
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to management
