Job Requirements
- Must have experience in providing security services in a restaurant, hospitality, or related environment
- Ability to respond to disturbances in hotel premises including public areas and guestroom floors
- Must ensure guests at outdoor Pavilion Bar do not obstruct service areas or pathways
- Ability to intervene and politely confront patrons causing disturbances
- Must be able to escort disorderly guests out of the property
- Required to acknowledge and greet pedestrians as they pass the front entrance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Must have a good driving record and ability to drive guest vehicles when needed
- Willingness to work with bell staff and assist in luggage handling and vehicle operations
- Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must be friendly, hospitable, and energetic with a professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Experience in security services in a restaurant, hospitality, or related environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to enforce policies diplomatically and professionally
- Experience working as part of a team with bell or valet staff
- Good driving skills and a clean driving record
- Ability to handle guest interactions with warmth and professionalism
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests entering the hotel including hotel check-ins and dining guests
- Ensure patrons comply with the evening dress code by enforcing it politely and confidently
- Verify guest identifications to confirm age for entry after 6pm
- Respond to disturbances within all hotel premises including public areas and guestroom floors
- Politely confront and intervene with patrons disturbing others
- Escort guests who are excessively disturbing out of the property
- Acknowledge and greet pedestrians passing the front entrance
- Thank and invite guests back as they exit the property
- Assist guests with vehicle door operations at arrival and departure
- Help with luggage handling during arrivals and check-ins
- Assist valet with dinner guest vehicles and ensure proper vehicle tagging
- Collaborate closely with bell staff during shifts
- Follow and utilize arrival and departure reporting data accurately
- Drive guest vehicles occasionally with care and competency
