Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience in administrative business office functions including software usage, clerical support duties, and business office equipment use
  • availability to work evenings and weekends
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • post high school clerical training preferred
  • at least one year of experience in administrative business office functions
  • proficiency with business office software and equipment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet customers upon arrival
  • manage incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
  • answer questions from visitors and provide internal directions
  • support the Bistro operations as needed
  • provide clerical support on an as-needed basis
  • track, order, and distribute office supplies
  • ensure regular and unexpected maintenance for copiers and office equipment in a timely manner
