Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in senior living or healthcare is a plus but not mandatory
- strong communication skills
- empathy and compassion for elderly residents
- ability to work Monday to Friday 3 PM to 7 PM
- willingness to undergo state-mandated screening process
- residency within the state of Texas

Job Duties
- Deliver high-quality customer service with warmth and professionalism
- answer and transfer calls, take detailed messages, and ensure prompt communication
- distribute resident and office mail
- fax, photocopy, and assist with file maintenance
- maintain front desk and lobby areas
- work closely with other departments fostering collaboration
