Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills if needed
  • Must have a positive and energetic attitude
  • Must be professional in appearance and conduct
  • Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
  • Must be criminally cleared
  • Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks verified by a recent health screening
  • Must be able to perform active physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping most of the day

Job Duties

  • Be the first face of the community, providing exceptional customer service during every interaction
  • Answer or help find the answer to questions received by residents, vendors, guests, or employees, whether in person or by telephone
  • Assist the administrative team in completing any tasks assigned
  • Ensure phone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
  • Lift and move items up to 25 pounds frequently
  • Perform active physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping during the shift
