Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred
  • Availability to work evening hours from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or similar customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Proficiency in basic office equipment and telephone systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

  • Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
  • Maintain a current listing of critical residents and/or residents who may not receive phone calls due to their condition
  • Greet visitors
  • Direct to appropriate office and/or resident room
  • Offer beverages to visitors waiting for administrative personnel, as appropriate
  • Issue and collect identification badges as representatives sign in/out
  • Report suspicious persons/information to supervisor immediately
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail as directed
