Job Requirements
- Access to a reliable open-bed pickup truck
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs at a time without assistance
- Availability to work evening shifts from 6PM on Sundays and 7PM Monday through Thursday until completion
- Valid driver's license
- Physical fitness for performing manual labor
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in physical labor or trash collection preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to use a smartphone and navigation apps
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Physical stamina to carry heavy items and climb stairs
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned apartment communities
- Load collected trash into pickup truck and transport to onsite compactor or trash bins
- Navigate apartment complexes efficiently using smartphone data plan
- Maintain cleanliness and order while performing trash collection tasks
- Follow scheduled evening shifts from Sunday through Thursday
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members
- Ensure safety by carrying items up to 50lbs and handling equipment properly
