  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Prior experience in hotel or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to obtain state Food Handlers certificate
  • Must be able to work evening shifts
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability

Job Duties

  • Maintain and set up food production across kitchen stations
  • Ensure quality control of meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasoning, and other food items
  • Prepare dishes according to proper specifications
  • Maintain plating and presentation standards
  • Follow safety standards and food regulations
  • Ensure sanitation and maintenance of a safe work environment
  • Work evening shifts as required
