Job Duties
- maintain and set up food production across kitchen stations
- ensure quality control of meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasoning
- prepare, plate, and present dishes according to specifications
- comply with safety standards and food regulations
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the work environment
- work efficiently during evening shifts
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
