Job Duties
- Prepare food with quality standards
- report emergencies, accidents, injuries, and safety hazards to management
- report any deviation of policies and procedures to management
- know the hotel grounds and services to assist guests as needed
- impress guests with quality and timely service
- monitor and control maintenance/sanitation of the kitchen and equipment
- use a variety of cooking methods
- ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with appropriate recipes
- use supplies and equipment safely and responsibly
- have a positive attitude with visitors and staff
