Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible evening shifts including Monday to Friday, weekends, and holidays
- prior kitchen or food service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow directions and work under pressure
- strong work ethic and reliability

- One or more years of kitchen experience

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and chef's instructions
- maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and sanitation standards
- label and store food items properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- assist with basic cooking tasks and restock supplies to support the kitchen team during service
- contribute to maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- follow all safety and hygiene protocols
- collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
