Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent verbal communication skills
- capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends

- ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- proficiency with computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating them at their tables
- answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- assist with organizing and setting up parties
- handle guest complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism
- perform light cleaning duties such as wiping down tables and sweeping the floor
- help maintain a clean and organized dining room
- other duties as assigned
