Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Basic familiarity with computer and phone systems
- Availability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating them at their tables
- Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with organizing and setting up parties
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism
- Perform light cleaning duties such as wiping down tables and sweeping the floor
- Help maintain a clean and organized dining room
- Other duties as assigned
