Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior food service experience preferred
- availability to work full-time including evenings and weekends
- completion of sanitation course within first year
- ability to multitask and lead a team
- strong communication skills
- must maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- complete a sanitation course before or during first year
- knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective food service program
- ability to perform basic arithmetic
- maintain emotional control under stress

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- reliably cover PM hours and adjust schedules based on business needs
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies
- ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free food storage
- maintain serving schedules in compliance with menu specifications and company procedures
- uphold sanitary department standards following health and safety regulations
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders to ensure accurate production
- supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees promoting growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
- maintain a safe working environment
- train and mentor staff
- keep logs on equipment maintenance
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checklists
- recommend replacement of equipment
- multitask proficiently
- perform duties as requested by management
- fill in for absent employees
- manage catering event preparations and timing
- work occasional night and weekend catering events
- attend staff food service meetings
- maintain communication with staff and office
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote good public relations
