Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- Ability to perform light physical repairs and maintenance
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm to 9pm
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in community maintenance or property management preferred
- Basic knowledge of general repairs and maintenance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to respond to emergencies effectively

- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
Job Duties
- Ensure the community maintains exceptional appeal following Community Sparkle guidelines
- Maintain a safe, sparkling, and sanitary community including clubhouse, office, model unit, common areas, parking lot, building stairwells and entrances
- Oversee and assist with light general repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes
- Oversee and assist with ensuring the community is free of trash, debris, and animal waste
- Ensure all apartments meet Book & Ladder standards for new guest move-ins
- Respond to emergencies promptly according to policies and procedures
- Examine community for safety hazards and report issues to Facilities Manager or appropriate team member
