Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare all food items based on standardized recipes for restaurants, room service, employee cafeteria and banquets
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety in kitchen and work areas
- Minimize waste and maximize cost to production ratio
- Ensure proper food storage and rotation according to hotel procedures
- Use various cooking techniques such as charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sautéing, braising, roasting and par-cooking
- Prepare and display buffet food items and banquet orders as specified
- Support other kitchen positions as needed and participate in hotel training and meetings
