Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food preparation or culinary role
  • Knowledge of food sanitation and safety
  • Ability to obtain food safety certification
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation principles and cooking techniques
  • Awareness of sanitation practices and food safety regulations
  • Certification in food safety or willingness to obtain it
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare meals as per standardized recipes and guidelines
  • Organize workstations with required ingredients and equipment
  • Chop, trim, measure, and mix ingredients
  • Use kitchen utensils and equipment safely
  • Cook meals using baking, broiling, roasting, and steaming methods
  • Arrange and serve food for visual appeal
  • Follow food safety procedures and store food adequately
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Provide excellent customer support with a cheerful attitude
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation measures
  • Preserve company assets integrity
