Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous culinary experience desired
  • Availability to work evenings
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • Willingness to wear uniform and maintain professional appearance
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality kitchen setting preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion controls
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work evening shifts and part-time hours

Job Duties

  • Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
  • Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
  • Practice safety standards at all times
  • Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
  • Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
  • Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
