Job Requirements
- Part-time availability for 2 PM to 8 PM weeknights and rotating weekends 9 AM to 6 PM
- must be able to do both weeknight evenings and rotating weekends
- starting wage of $16 per hour
- able to lift up to 20 pounds
- manual coordination to operate switchboard, computer, and business equipment
- continuous mental and visual attention
- effective oral and written communication
- comply with COVID-19 vaccination policy
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate preferred
- ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar
- typing skills and experience with Microsoft Office software
- ability to manage multiple routine tasks
- follow specific and general instructions effectively
Job Duties
- Provide ongoing switchboard and telephone coverage
- serve as receptionist and greet guests, residents, vendors, and suppliers
- distribute packages, business mail, and magazines
- maintain visitor sign-in logs
- monitor security cameras and fire alarm board
- maintain security at public entry points
- prepare maintenance work orders
- prepare correspondence and other documents
- enter resident information into computer systems
- receive and assist all persons entering the community courteously
- attend in-service training and education sessions
- perform specific duties assigned by supervisor
