Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception
- Ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Comfortable wearing gloves for prolonged periods due to bloodborne pathogen exposure
- 1 or more years minimum experience in customer or patient-facing role is helpful

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer or patient-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records as necessary
- Report operational opportunities for continuous improvement to center management
- Initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures
- Support the plasma center manager with administrative tasks
