Job Requirements

Valid state driver's license (depending on site requirements)
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in US
Must pass math test and drug test
Must submit application through company website or in person
Willing to submit to background investigation and driving record check
Willing to work scheduled shifts
Able to work in garage, booth, or office locations
Able to navigate parking lots or garages and assist customers promptly
Able to walk up and down parking garage ramps as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills sufficient to calculate time and money
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Ability to operate revenue control and point-of-sale systems
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with security and safety protocols

Job Duties

Provides a high level of customer service to all customers
Uses a variety of revenue control systems, completes accurate cashier's reports, and balances all transactions at the beginning and closing of shift
Ensures inventory of operational supplies are at hand and informs manager if restock is needed
Communicates clearly and effectively with employees and customers
Operates and monitors facility security intercoms and surveillance monitors
Remains vigilant for anything unusual or potentially threatening and informs management immediately
Reports any accidents, hazards, maintenance requirements, or suspicious activities to a manager
Recognizes potentially dangerous situations and responds safely and effectively
Participates in all safety and security trainings
May perform light garage maintenance duties
Maintains a clean work area
Processes parking fees and related transactions accurately
Ensures sufficient cash change is on hand at start of shift
Ensures all paperwork is complete and all revenue tickets and coupons are accounted for
Completes hiker's tickets properly and accurately
May complete garage maintenance or valet operating procedures
