Job Requirements
- Valid state driver's license (depending on site requirements)
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in US
- Must pass math test and drug test
- Must submit application through company website or in person
- Willing to submit to background investigation and driving record check
- Willing to work scheduled shifts
- Able to work in garage, booth, or office locations
- Able to navigate parking lots or garages and assist customers promptly
- Able to walk up and down parking garage ramps as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills sufficient to calculate time and money
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to operate revenue control and point-of-sale systems
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with security and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Provides a high level of customer service to all customers
- Uses a variety of revenue control systems, completes accurate cashier's reports, and balances all transactions at the beginning and closing of shift
- Ensures inventory of operational supplies are at hand and informs manager if restock is needed
- Communicates clearly and effectively with employees and customers
- Operates and monitors facility security intercoms and surveillance monitors
- Remains vigilant for anything unusual or potentially threatening and informs management immediately
- Reports any accidents, hazards, maintenance requirements, or suspicious activities to a manager
- Recognizes potentially dangerous situations and responds safely and effectively
- Participates in all safety and security trainings
- May perform light garage maintenance duties
- Maintains a clean work area
- Processes parking fees and related transactions accurately
- Ensures sufficient cash change is on hand at start of shift
- Ensures all paperwork is complete and all revenue tickets and coupons are accounted for
- Completes hiker's tickets properly and accurately
- May complete garage maintenance or valet operating procedures
