Job Requirements
- At least sixteen (16) years of age
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to move throughout the store
- ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders
- ability to carry out manual tasks like bending, reaching, and stretching
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- strong communication skills
- ability to engage customers effectively
- ability to follow instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
- physical ability to perform retail stocking and merchandising tasks
- willingness to learn and be cross trained in custom framing
Job Duties
- Help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- execute cash handling following company standards
- engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- complete enrollments and educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including merchandise return and go-back process
- perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company compliance policies
- interact with others respectfully and positively
- cross train in custom framing selling and production
- perform other duties as assigned
