Job Requirements

  • At least sixteen (16) years of age
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to move throughout the store
  • ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders
  • ability to carry out manual tasks like bending, reaching, and stretching
  • willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to engage customers effectively
  • ability to follow instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
  • physical ability to perform retail stocking and merchandising tasks
  • willingness to learn and be cross trained in custom framing

Job Duties

  • Help customers shop and locate products
  • provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • execute cash handling following company standards
  • engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
  • complete enrollments and educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
  • assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
  • participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
  • complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including merchandise return and go-back process
  • perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company compliance policies
  • interact with others respectfully and positively
  • cross train in custom framing selling and production
  • perform other duties as assigned
