Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to remain calm and resilient especially in tough situations

Successful completion of SONIC Skating Training Program for skating Carhops
General knowledge of the restaurant or retail industry preferred but not required
Willingness to cross-train on various restaurant stations

Job Duties

Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
Being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
Providing courteous service while adhering to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
Operating as a proficient skating Carhop after completing training
Balancing multiple tasks such as carrying food trays and maintaining cleanliness while skating
