Job Requirements
- Post-secondary academic or technical credential
- Two years' experience and/or equivalent experience in administrative support involving public relations, problem/conflict resolution, decision-making and emergency-response skills
- Experience performing the duties of the job may substitute for the post-secondary course work on a year-for-year basis
- Ability to use computers including Microsoft Office software
- Ability to deal tactfully with the public and co-workers
- Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions
- Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the campus
Job Qualifications

- Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution preferred
Job Duties
- Acts as the point-of-contact for evening operations of the campus
- Acts as a liaison between the Vice President, faculty, staff and students to facilitate evening operations
- Ensures that the campus is supervised and high-traffic areas are overseen during evening hours
- Executes campus emergency procedures in the event of an emergency during evening hours of operation and communicates with various college personnel and/or external agencies as the situation and/or protocols warrant
- Keeps the President, Vice President and other appropriate college personnel informed of any incidents or concerns that arise during the evening through regularly scheduled reports and other approved communications methods
- Manages projects as directed by the President and/or Vice President
- Monitors the campus phone and campus email inbox while on duty
- Performs other duties as assigned
