Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work 4 shifts a week primarily on Sundays and Wednesdays
previous bartending experience preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to maintain excellent customer service
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
legal age to serve alcohol

Job Duties

Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages
promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues
set up bar and back bar according to established procedures
monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease
verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock
