Job Requirements
- Must be available to work Sunday thru Wednesday from 5pm-11pm
- No bartending experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to handle cash transactions
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic knowledge of beer and wine preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures
- Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service should cease
- Verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock
- Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations
