Job Requirements
- no prior baking experience required
- ability to work a 6:00 pm to 2:30 am shift, five days per week
- availability to work weekends
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic reading and math skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to read and follow written recipes accurately
- basic math skills for adjusting production quantities
- willingness to work evening shifts including weekends
- strong work ethic and attention to detail
- ability to learn baking techniques through training
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- read and follow recipes for scratch-made bakery products
- portion and shape dough to prepare for baking
- read production sheets to adjust daily baking quantities
- operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- assist team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
