Job Requirements

no prior baking experience required
ability to work a 6:00 pm to 2:30 am shift, five days per week
availability to work weekends
reliable and punctual
ability to stand for extended periods
basic reading and math skills

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to read and follow written recipes accurately
basic math skills for adjusting production quantities
willingness to work evening shifts including weekends
strong work ethic and attention to detail
ability to learn baking techniques through training
good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

read and follow recipes for scratch-made bakery products
portion and shape dough to prepare for baking
read production sheets to adjust daily baking quantities
operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
comply with food safety and sanitation standards
assist team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
