Job Requirements

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • required to close at least two nights per week
  • required to work until 10pm at least two nights per week
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • management experience

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee all evening and night-shift restaurant operations
  • ensure the restaurant is clean, efficient, and guest-ready throughout the shift
  • drive accountability through daily checklists, food safety audits, and operational walk-throughs
  • maintain high standards of guest experience through accuracy, friendliness, and speed of service
  • communicate and act on training and development needs for evening team members
  • promote a fun, safe, and positive work environment that inspires teamwork and ownership
  • partner with the Operator, General Manager, Directors to address staffing needs and employee relations
